OSTEOPATHY
Osteopathy is a manual medicine that focuses on diagnosing and treating the causes of the patient's symptoms through comprehensive care and knowledge of anatomy and the different systems of the human body. This systemic care makes it possible to act on all functional pain by restoring mobility to the different tissues of the body (musculoskeletal, articular, myofascial, visceral, vascular and fluid). Since functional pain is a consequence of adaptations and has its own origins, osteopathy takes on its full meaning in the "preventative" aspect. Indeed, even without symptoms, two sessions per year are necessary to maintain good health.
In order to treat the patient as a whole , the osteopath has access to a range of techniques adapted to each need, such as tissue, cranial, fluid, structural, facial and visceral techniques. In addition to the obvious mechanical interest, these different approaches to osteopathy help to optimize blood and lymphatic circulation and promote metabolic exchanges in the systems that manage the proper functioning of the body.
