CME® TRAINING
CME® training is a unique opportunity for therapists who want to master an innovative and effective method that has proven successful with thousands of children worldwide. Founded in 1972 by Ramón Cuevas , this approach is based on the progressive provocation of new motor functions through more than 10,000 dynamic exercises adapted to each child suffering from neuromotor development disorders caused by any lesions or deficiencies of the central nervous system.
Training levels: from level 1 to level 3
CME® training is organized into three distinct levels, each corresponding to a specific degree of technical and theoretical mastery.
-
Level 1 : Introduction to fundamental principles and first exercises.
-
Level 2 : Improvement, autonomy in practice
-
Level 3 : Technical mastery, setting up intensive sessions.
-
Interships : Technical and clinical in-depth training
Level 1 and 2 require a commitment of at least one week, or approximately 40 to 50 hours of learning combining theory , practice and observation .

Theory
The training begins with a detailed introduction to the CME® method, its therapeutic objectives and its scientific foundations. Thanks to structured materials and an official manual , you will assimilate the key concepts, the progression of the exercises, as well as the neurophysiological mechanisms underlying the therapy.
Participants then practice on pediatric dolls, under the supervision of the instructor, to assimilate the technical gestures before applying them in consultation.
This step allows you to acquire the essential theoretical and technical knowledge for safe and effective practice.
Observation
By carefully following the instructor's demonstrations and application of techniques, you will develop your clinical acumen and CME® analysis skills .
The instructor will support you throughout this phase with corrections , personalized advice and targeted demonstrations to facilitate your understanding and refine your skills.
Practical
After theoretical training to enable you to master technical gestures in complete safety, the training is based on practical learning .
You apply the exercises and acquired knowledge on patients under the careful supervision of the instructor throughout the week.
Each session is punctuated with personalized feedback , aimed at improving precision, confidence and feeling, essential aspects for effective therapy. In addition, dexterity tests, adapted to each level and carried out with CME® equipment, validate your progress and will challenge you technically.
We offer training sessions year-round, in small groups or individually , to promote optimal and personalized learning. These certified training programs are internationally recognized by the CME® Center.
